  • Q: What comes with each case?

  • A: Four panels to make the case, acrylic panels for the front and rear, and steel trays for you models to sit on (quantity is case size dependant)

  • Q: How do I build it?

  • A: Each order comes with no nonsense step by step instructions. The parts simply slot and click together 

  • Q: How is this different to other magnetic cases?

  • A: Fundamentally, it's not! however The Futurecase range is stackable, interlocks to create a larger case, and comes in a massive variety of colours.

  • Q: Do I have to source any of the parts myself?

  • A: No, unlike some other cases, the Futurecase includes everything you need

  • Q: Will you sell the STL files for 3D printing?

  • A: No, this is not intended to be a DIY product

  • Q: What stops the trays falling out the front and back of the case?

  • A: There are acrylic panels on the front and rear of each Futurecase

  • Q: How does it stack and is it secure?

  • A: Each case has four location points top and bottom that sit neatly on top of each other, there are also connectors that snap into the location points to secure the cases to each other allowing easy movement of multiple cases.

  • Q: How do my models magnetise to the trays?

  • A: Simple - Stick or glue magnets to the bottom of your models or collectables and sit them on the trays

  • Q: How can I place an order?

  • A: Head over to the shop section and place and an order for your selected case.

  • Q: What is your shipping policy?

  • A: Items will be shipped using royal mail tracked, see our shipping & returns section for more details 

  • Q: How long will it take to receive my order?

  • A: If in stock the item will ship within 1 week, if not in stock or a custom order there will be a 1-2 week lead time. See our shipping & returns section for more details

  • Q: Will you be selling outside of the UK?

  • A: We currently sell in the US through our distribution partner Dracoya.com. EU sales will commence late summer 2026

  • Q: What is your return/exchange policy?

  • A: We offer the UK standard 14 days return, we also have policy in place to provide support for lost and damaged good. Please see out shipping and returns policy for more details.

  • Q: Are there any discounts or promotions available?

  • A: YES! Check out our socials where we will advertise any offers we have available. We also offer discounts on large bulk orders to business and distribution enquiries

  • Q: Do you have a physical store?

  • A: No, we operate online only

  • Q: Are the products on your website in stock?

  • A: Yes, we currently have stock numbers next to each case.
