When you place an order on our website, you will receive an email confirmation acknowledging receipt of your order. A contract between us will only be formed when we dispatch the goods to you. We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order prior to dispatch.

  • All prices are in GBP and include VAT (if applicable).

  • Delivery charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

  • We accept secure payments via  debit/credit cards,.

4. Delivery

  • We aim to dispatch all orders within 5-7 working days. You will receive tracking details where applicable.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method.

  • If we anticipate a delay, we will inform you promptly.

5. Your Right to Cancel (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason.

To cancel:

 

  • Notify us in writing via email within 14 calendar days of delivery.

  • Return the goods within 14 calendar days of cancellation.

  • Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and in resaleable condition.

  • You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds will be processed within 3 days of receiving the returned items, using the same payment method as the original purchase.

6. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will offer a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate. Return postage for faulty items will be covered by us.

7. Custom or Made-to-Order Items

Please note that custom or made-to-order cases are non-returnable unless faulty, as they are exempt from cancellation under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
